Brisbane actually has several free public transport options, which consists of two different buses going around the city, called the CityLoop and the SpringHillLoop, and one ferry service called CityHopper ferry.

CityHopper free ferry on Brisbane river

Taking the CityHopper free ferry shuttle is pretty easy! Coming every half hour, all you have to do is to be waiting at the pickup point, and get off whenever you like.

It is for example a great way to travel from the city center's CBD to SouthBank leisure area, among other possibilities offered for free by the free CityHopper ferry.
